Blades By Haley DesRosiers MS

I've been commercial fishing since I was too young to remember but I began bladesmithing when I was 17. Inspired by a VHS video, I built a simple clay forge and began hammering out knives at my parents remote homestead in Alaska. A few years later I met my future husband Adam DesRosiers, another off-grid bladesmith. We've continued since to inspire eachother and to keep reaching for the best performing blade possible. I received my Journeysmith rating and the George Peck Award from the American Bladesmith Society in 2011 and my Mastersmith stamp in 2015.
